We anticipate refunds of unearned premium to eligible New York policyholders will begin in the Fourth Quarter of 2023. Refund checks will be mailed to the address of the policyholder on record with the Florida Liquidator. If your address has changed, please contact Claims@nylb.org. You will be required to provide verification of your change of address. Other than notifying us of change of address, no action is required by any eligible New York policyholder to receive their refund.
