Park obtained license to conduct business of insurance in the State of New York on December 6, 2007 and commenced business on January 1, 2008. Park's principal office was located at 475 Park Avenue South, 23rd Floor, New York, New York 11016.

Park was licensed to conduct the business of insurance in the State of New York in accordance with paragraphs (13), (14) and (19), and (26) of Section 1113(a) of the New York Insurance Law. Park was not licensed to conduct the business of insurance in any other state

Park was placed into liquidation and the Superintendent of Financial Services of the State of New York was appointed as liquidator on November 30, 2021, by order of the Supreme Court of the State of New York
