Dinallo on Feb. 27, 2009. On March 11, 2009, the venue of the Eagle and Newark ancillary receivership proceeding was transferred from Nassau County Supreme Court to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York.
The estates were originally New Jersey domiciled companies; as such all claimants must file timely Proof of Claims with the New Jersey Office of Insolvency, prior to the NYLB processing these claims.
